At RKG Enterprises, Inc., we highly value the health, safety, and well-being of our team, clients and community. Due to the current global crisis, we’re committed to operate in accordance with public health guidelines and mandates. This leads us to offering testing services, repairs, and modifications outside of our usual scope. We will be implementing the following measures for all persons—associate, vendor, and/or client:
- Persons entering our facility will be tested for temperature. Those experiencing temperature 101 degrees or over will be rejected.
- No more than 9 persons are allowed in our building at any time
- Hand sanitization will be required to enter
- If a staff member becomes ill, he/she is required to stay home and seek medical care, along with a physician’s release prior to return
- Staff members who have traveled outside of the country will be required to stay away for a 14-day period, and may require physician’s clearance prior to return
- Clients can ship test material via freight. Incoming material will be quarantined for 48 hours upon receipt
- Remote witnessing option via webcam is available upon request
